IMPORTANT NOTES
- All prices are inclusive of VAT.
- All add-ons are priced as separate items and are not included in the main package.
- Guests will be seated at Xstrike's Private rooms during meal time for a total of 30 minutes after the session has finished.
- Once the food orders have been placed, we cannot offer a refund on those items.
- The final attendance for the session must be confirmed 48 hours prior to the booking date.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit must be made to confirm the booking.
- Slight changes in the guests' attendance are acceptable, however please note that additional food might not be available.
- The minimum number of players required to avail these packages is 10 pax.
- The session will be considered as a private session if there are 16 or more players.
- Please note that in case there are less than 16 players, the Xstrike session will be public and not a private one.
- It is recommended that players wear activewear and it is mandatory to wear closed-toe shoes.
- Birthday parties can avail the party room at Xstrike.
- For Boots on the Ground birthday package bookings, ordering your cake through Xstrike or our partners provides a seamless, hassle-free experience with no additional fee. If you choose to bring your own cake, a service fee of AED 150 will apply.
- Please note that we will need a minimum of 3 days notice if you wish to add personalised hoodies as an add-on. We will not be able to accept last minute orders for this.
